Payyit Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment

To join the Payyit Affiliate Program, you must apply through the affiliate portal and receive approval. Your participation is subject to Payyit’s sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to promote Payyit ethically and legally. You must not use misleading tactics or spammy methods to generate sign-ups. All marketing efforts should align with Payyit’s brand guidelines and applicable laws.

3. Referral Tracking and Cookie Duration

Affiliates will receive a unique referral link to share with potential new users. Clicks and sign-ups through these links are tracked using cookies, small text files stored on a user’s device to remember their actions. The cookie duration for tracking purposes is 30 days, meaning if a user signs up within 30 days of clicking your link, you will receive credit for the referral.

4. Qualified Sign-Ups

A qualified sign-up is defined as a new user who creates a Payyit account through your referral link, activates payments, and processes at least $1,000 in transactions within their first month.

5. Commission Structure

Commissions are earned based on the number of qualified sign-ups per calendar month:

1-25 Sign-Ups: $25 per sign-up

26-50 Sign-Ups: $50 per sign-up

51-75 Sign-Ups: $75 per sign-up

76-100 Sign-Ups: $100 per sign-up

The sign-up count resets at the start of each month.

6. Payouts

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid on the 10th day of the following month, provided the minimum payout threshold of $50 is met. Payments are made via the method you provide in your affiliate account.

7. Fraud Prevention

Fraudulent activities, such as fake accounts, self-referrals, or deceptive sign-up methods, are strictly prohibited. Payyit reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate found engaging in fraudulent activities and withhold any unpaid commissions.

8. Independent Contractor Relationship

As an affiliate, you act as an independent contractor. Nothing in this program creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Payyit. You are not authorized to make or accept offers on behalf of Payyit.

9. Termination and Modification

Payyit reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program or these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes. Continued participation in the program after any changes constitute acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Payyit is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Compliance and Confidentiality

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and maintain confidentiality regarding any non-public information received from Payyit.
